A NEW HOME FOR ESS

ESS now has a complete facility, located at 283 Cuchilla Road, Ranchos de Taos. This is the former Thal Equine Veterinary Hospital and Clinic. It is perfect for ESS activities, with office space, horse barns, large clinic/exam room which will be converted into a classroom, turnouts for horses, and room to set up a nice large riding arena.

ESS is registered in the State of New Mexico as a non-profit organization
and is a 501(c)(3) recognized public charity.

Directions to ESS:

From North end of Taos/Blinking Light:
Take Blueberry Hill Road, continue 4.8 miles until it ends at a “T” intersection (Lower Ranchitos/Highway 240). Take a right onto Hwy. 240/Ranchitos Road. At the next stop sign, take a right onto Los Cordovas Road. Take Los Cordovas, over 10 speed bumps (about 1 mile), to the crest of a little hill. Here, turn left onto Cuchilla Road, go ½ mile. ESS is on the left side. Watch for gray barn with red roof and bright blue doors.

From the Ranchos Plaza Post office:
At the traffic light here at the post office, turn onto Highway 240. Go 2.2 miles to a stop sign. Go straight ahead here, putting you onto Los Cordovas. (Do NOT turn right - Highway 240 – which continues to the right). Take Los Cordovas, over 10 speed bumps (about 1 mile), to the crest of a little hill. Here, turn left onto Cuchilla Road, go ½ mile. ESS is on the left side. Watch for gray barn with red roof and bright blue doors.
