Who We Are and What We Do

Equine Spirit Sanctuary is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to bringing horses and people together.

ESS is a licensed horse rescue with the State of New Mexico, with our goal to improve the lives of
horses through our programs of horse rescue and rehab and education.

Our equine-assisted services programs for people include a PATH, Intl.-based therapeutic riding program and educational classes. Our programs are designed to honor the intrinsic value of horse and human relationships.

ESS offers clinics on horse care, training, health and nutrition.

We are open for visitors on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, from 10 to 4,
or by appointment. Visitors are asked to follow COVID safety guidelines.
